VIA POSTAL MAIL
The cost is $30.00 each. Orders are shipped within 1 week by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. You will receive an 8 1/2" by 11" certificate suitable for framing, including your name, state and the date that you passed the exam. The certificate will be our current design, including our currrent logo.

The International Conference accepts only money orders, cashier's checks or major debit/credit cards. To order, please download and print the form, enclose appropriate payment and mail the completed order to:
