If you are planning to obtain a funeral service practitioner's
license in another state, you will need The Conference
to send certified results from your National Board Examination
to that state. Check with the state before requesting
this certification to be sure that you meet all of their
licensing requirements.
NOTE: $50.00 fee per state

VIA POSTAL MAIL
The cost is $50.00 each. Orders are shipped within 2 days by U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail. We will send a CERTIFIED copy of your most recent National Board Exam Scores to the licensing agency (agencies) you request. Certified scores are required for licensure by most regulatory agencies.
